Description
The course Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting has been developed according to STCW table A‐VI/1‐2. It is the second module of the course Basic Safety Training – STCW.
The course is approved by the Norwegian Maritime Authority and is mandatory for anyone who has an assignment according to the emergency plan on board.
This is a blended course, consisting of a theoretical part and a practical part. One must complete the theoretical parts through e‐learning and conduct the practical exercises at a training facility. This reduces the number of days at the training facility, as well as saving you time and money. Contact a training facility near you to arrange the practical training.
